I am Hans Folkertsma, CEO and founder of Organized Leadership – and I help entrepreneurs, leaders and their teams to regain an overview of their work and priorities, by structuring and creating clear work processes, so that they can work much more efficiently with focus. This gives you control over your work, which has a direct positive effect on (mutual) job satisfaction and the quality of the services and products to be delivered.

One of my core qualities is my versatility: those I have worked with describe me as a jack-of-all-trades who quickly gains insight into work processes, corporate structures and the people within the various levels of an organization.

Thanks to my independent and objective view, I can provide sustainable, more efficient solutions that not only ensure more peace, but also more job satisfaction. I find it very important to have an eye for the person
behind the employee, the entrepreneur and the leader, which comes naturally to me. People therefore quickly open up to me and often give this back to me, that they enjoy talking to me and working together. Because I have a broad interest and experience and can focus well, it means that I can get to the core of problems more quickly. I see the bigger picture, without losing sight of the important details, and the interrelationships within a company or organization, which allows me to quickly come up with practical solutions.

My background and experience

I have many years of experience as an experienced professional, (project) leader, manager, advisor,

consultant, in which I have helped countless entrepreneurs, professionals and teams to work more efficiently and in a more structured way. I have worked for medium-sized and large international renowned companies in shipbuilding and luxury yacht building as a project leader and manager. In my work I noticed a pattern: many ambitious people work hard, but lack a clear method to make optimal use of their time and energy. They get caught up in operational tasks, while the strategic focus is lost. I went looking for solutions and created efficient working methods that did work. With this wealth of experience and a combination of proven productivity strategies and practical working methods, I can now help you to:
